Years ago I had terrible stomach aches, bloat and was always running to the bathroom after eating.
Going on a gluten-free diet helped but something was missing. I still had gas, bloat and didn't know if I would make it to the bathroom. Why? Because my gut was destroyed over the years.
My hair was falling out, my fingernails were brittle and energy was tanked. I muscled through life working with 4 small boys, and a husband who traveled most of the time. I was defeated and hopeless.
After being on the receiving end of too much advice that didn't help at all, I just hit a wall. There had to be a better way. And after a lot of trial and error - I found it... through nurturing my gut back to health with food!
